Be careful with what you add to your oatmeal though!! Sure, adding honey, chocolate chips, peanut butter, etc may taste yummy…but keep in mind it’s about 100 calories per TBSP (flat-leveled TBSP, meaning if you glide your finger flat over the top of the TBSP, that’s how much is in 100 calories — not how much you can cram onto the spoon). …And that can add up very quickly! So, just be careful.
